HOW TO GET THERE:
Public bus service
704 from Viale Europa to the Spinaceto trading estate, then walk along the Via Valle di Perna for about 1 km.

TERRITORY:
This area, lying between the Via Pontina, Via Laurentina and the municipal district of Pomezia, is formed of tablelands, valleys, forests and pastures. It also has settlements dating to early prehistoric times and small sulphurous lakes.
FLORA:
Oaks, cork-oaks, poplars as well as numerous plant species.
FAUNA:
The birds include the skylark, pheasant, kite, buzzard. There are also wild boar and deer.
ART AND HISTORY:
Remains from various periods (from prehistoric to medieval times) can also be found in the Reserve.
